Job Description

📢 Hiring: Development Manager – Proposal & Tender (Donor / Government Projects)

📍 Location: Noida / Delhi

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to support business development and proposal management for donor-funded and government projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical & financial proposals for RFPs, EOIs, RFQs & Government tenders

Interpret tender documents & donor guidelines ensuring compliance

Develop concept notes, compliance matrices & supporting documents

Coordinate with internal teams & external consultants for proposal inputs

Handle bid strategy & cost estimation aligned with donor requirements

Maintain proposal documentation & submission records

Work efficiently under tight deadlines

🔹 Required Skills:

Strong proposal & bid writing experience

Government & donor tender exposure (World Bank / UN preferred)

Compliance & documentation expertise

Financial proposal preparation

MS Word & Excel proficiency

Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously

🎓 Qualification:

BCA / MCA

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Negotiable)

✅ Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in consulting, development sector, NGOs, government project bidding, or donor-funded proposals.
