Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our broadband services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, promoting broadband plans, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, telemarketing, online platforms, and referrals.

• Present and promote broadband products and services to prospective customers (residential and/or business).

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate broadband plans and solutions.

• Follow up on leads and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Participate in promotional activities, local marketing events, and door-to-door campaigns.

• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in broadband, telecom, or internet service providers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Good knowledge of broadband technology, internet plans, and customer trends (training can be provided).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
