KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit, onboard & manage insurance advisors
• Drive life insurance business through agency partners
• Agent training, motivation & target achievement
• Ensure productivity & retention of agents
• Achieve monthly business targets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Life Insurance mandatory
• Strong communication & relationship skills
