Responsibilities:
Handle membership inquiries and explain plans/benefits.
Conduct club tours and convert leads into memberships.
Maintain member records, agreements, and CRM updates.
Manage renewals, follow-ups, and member support.
Coordinate with Front Office, Accounts, and other departments.
Assist in events, promotions, and member activities.
Skills:
Good communication & customer service.
Sales/upselling ability.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).
Qualification:
HSC/Graduate, experience in hospitality/sales preferred.
