Job Description – Membership Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle membership inquiries and explain plans/benefits.

• Conduct club tours and convert leads into memberships.

• Maintain member records, agreements, and CRM updates.

• Manage renewals, follow-ups, and member support.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Accounts, and other departments.

• Assist in events, promotions, and member activities.

Skills:

• Good communication & customer service.

• Sales/upselling ability.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).

Qualification:

• HSC/Graduate, experience in hospitality/sales preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
