Job Description

Merchant Onboarding – Identify and onboard new merchants for PhonePe services including QR codes, POS machines, and digital payments.Soundbox Sales – Promote and sell PhonePe Soundbox to merchants, explain its benefits, and ensure proper installation and usage.Loan & Financial Product Selling – Pitch and sell PhonePe merchant loans and other financial products based on merchant eligibility.Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure retention and repeat business.Target Achievement – Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for onboarding, Soundbox, and loan disbursements.Product Training & Awareness – Educate merchants about new PhonePe features, offers, cashback schemes, and upgrades.Issue Handling & Support – Assist merchants with basic transaction issues, Soundbox queries, and coordination with support teams.Market & Competitor Analysis – Track local market trends, competitor offerings, and provide feedback to improve sales strategy.
