Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in growing our client base and achieving our sales targets by providing exceptional service and real estate solutions to buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and site visits.

• Handle inquiries and follow up on leads generated through advertisements, referrals, and online platforms.

• Present and explain real estate offerings, pricing, terms, and amenities to potential buyers and investors.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up for referrals or future business opportunities.

• Stay up to date with real estate trends, local property markets, and competitive offerings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Attend property expos, networking events, and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.

• Experience in selling residential, commercial, or luxury real estate.

• Fluency in local language(s) in addition to English.
