Job Description

WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR SITE ENGINEER (COMMERCIAL INTERIORS)We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Commercial Interiors to lead high-end interior fit-out and finishing projects, ensuring superior quality, precision execution, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Complete site management of commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, corporate spaces, retail & showrooms)• Interpret and execute works as per GFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications• Coordinate with architects, PMCs, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors• Supervise and control finishing works including:o False ceilings (Gypsum, Mineral Fibre, Metal)o Flooring (Tiles, Marble, Carpet, Vinyl, Epoxy)o Carpentry & modular furniture installationo Glass, partitions, painting & wall finishes• Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements• Conduct site inspections, snag-list closure, and handover coordination• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support billing measurementsTechnical & Professional Requirements:• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering• 4–8 years of proven experience in commercial interior projects• Strong knowledge of interior construction methodologies & finishing standards• Ability to read & coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings• Experience in vendor coordination, quality audits, and site problem-solving• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and reporting tools• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skillsProject Type: Corporate Offices | Retail | Commercial Fit-outsLocation: MohaliCompensation: Best in industry | Commensurate with experience Apply at: hrdallp@gmail.com Contact: 9803018145
