Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, and promoting company products/services in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers in assigned territories to generate new business
Explain products/services and convince customers to make purchases
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and inquiries
Collect customer feedback and share with the team
Maintain records of visits, sales, and payments
Report daily activities to the Sales Manager

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Confidence and convincing ability
Willingness to travel locally
Positive attitude and self-motivation
