Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager. The role involves generating leads, building institutional tie-ups, conducting presentations, and achieving sales targets in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Visit colleges, universities, and institutes for partnerships and collaborations.
Conduct presentations and seminars to promote industrial training and professional courses.
Generate and convert leads into admissions/business closures.
Build strong professional relationships with HODs, placement officers, and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain follow-ups and update records regularly.
Travel within assigned territories as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Graduation in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred for BDM role).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Willing to travel for field work.
