Sales Executive* – Personal Loans Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail banking team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the personal loan business by identifying potential customers, managing leads, and ensuring a seamless loan disbursement process. You will be the face of the bank for our customers, helping them realize their financial goals while upholding Kotak’s core values of trust and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Source new customers through branch walk-ins, local market activities, referrals, and professional networking.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets consistently.
Customer Engagement: Conduct thorough needs analysis to offer tailored financial solutions; provide excellent end-to-end service from sourcing to loan disbursement.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing bank customers (cross-selling) and internal branch staff to maximize lead flow.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications are accurate, complete, and fully compliant with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Follow-ups: Proactively manage the sales pipeline and maintain regular communication with applicants to ensure timely closure.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and profile).
Incentives: Highly attractive, performance-based incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI/NBFC sector (Freshers with a strong desire to excel in sales are encouraged to apply).
Skills:

Customer-centric approach with a passion for problem-solving.
Proficiency in English and Kannada (or other relevant local languages).
