Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing members and encourage them to renew their memberships
Clearly explain membership benefits and value propositions to drive conversions
Build strong relationships with members by understanding their needs and preferences
Manage the complete membership renewal cycle, including pitching, follow-ups, and closing
Consistently achieve renewal targets and contribute to overall team performance and revenue goals
Skills Requirements
· Strong telesales and communication skills with a proven ability (or strong potential) to meet and exceed targets
· Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
· Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, with a goal-oriented approach to membership renewals
· Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership, work ethic, and integrity
· Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment
Qualification and Working Experience
· Diploma or Degree preferred
· Fluent in English & Hindi
· At least 1 year of sales / service experience preferably from the travel-related industry or a Contact Centre environment
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
