We are hiring Field Sales Executives for sales of Wacker & Dow silicone sealants in retail and project markets.

Role:

• Sell to dealers, fabricators, and project contractors.

• Achieve monthly targets and expand dealer network.

• Site visits, product demos, and payment follow-ups.

• Report market feedback and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years sales experience in building materials / construction chemicals.

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Ready to travel extensively.
