We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to promote, sell, and lease residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and close deals while achieving sales targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM) for smooth transactions
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
