Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, etc.

Handle Amazon Seller & Vendor Central catalogue management and day-to-day operational activities.

Monitor listings for accuracy, pricing, inventory, and content updates to ensure growth and compliance.

Utilize SEO techniques (moderate to advanced level) to improve product visibility and sales performance.

Use AI tools to enhance content quality, SEO optimization, and overall productivity.

Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel; prepare reports and documentation using MS Word.

Coordinate basic photo editing and design work for product images and banners.

Ensure timely updates, accuracy, and quality control across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent command of spoken English (Fluency is mandatory)

Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and listing management

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

SEO knowledge with practical application

Good typing speed and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of photo editing / graphic design tools

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations
