Job Title: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with multiple government offices, electricity authorities, and regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals, permissions, and renewals on time.
Oversee all documentation, compliance activities, and statutory requirements related to electrical installations, licensing, and related approvals.
Stay informed about current government rules, policies, and procedures that impact the company’s operations.
Manage official communication and correspondence with government departments and concerned authorities.
Ensure all electrical projects and tasks adhere to applicable local and national laws and standards.
Prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management on project progress and liaison activities.
Assist internal departments in meeting all legal, compliance, and regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field).
1–2 years of experience in coordination with government departments, preferably in the electrical .
Strong understanding of government policies, procedures, and approval processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in documentation management.
