Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new business opportunities for Loan Against Property through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.

• Conduct detailed financial and credit assessments of customers to evaluate their eligibility for LAP products.

• Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business and cross-selling of financial products.

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement of loans.

• Manage documentation, verification, and post-sanction follow-ups to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service quality standards.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and required documents.

• Regularly track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to suggest process or product improvements.
