CNC Operator – Job Description

Job Role: CNC Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines such as VMC / HMC / VTL / CNC Lathe
Load and unload components safely
Set tools and offsets as per job requirement
Read and understand engineering drawings
Check dimensions using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
Maintain production quality and follow inspection standards
Do basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
Follow safety rules and company guidelines
Meet daily production targets

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation
Understanding of machining processes
Ability to read drawings
Willingness to work in shifts
Good attention to quality and accuracy
