🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

🧑‍💼 Junior Sales Executive (0–2 years)

Assist in lead generation and client follow-ups

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Maintain daily call and meeting reports

Support the sales team in closing deals

Build knowledge of real estate trends and inventory

👨‍💼 Sales Executive / Sr. Executive (2–4 years)

Manage end-to-end sales cycle

Handle client queries and guide them through the buying process

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams

🧑‍🏫 Sales Manager / Sr. Manager (4–7+ years)

Lead and mentor junior sales team members

Design and execute sales strategies to meet targets

Generate and convert high-ticket leads

Represent the company in client meetings and networking events

Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

✅ Key Skills Required

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Negotiation and closing skills

Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market

Self-driven, with a result-oriented approach

Team leadership skills (for senior profiles)

📚 Educational Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing or Real Estate preferred)

💰 Salary Range

Junior Level: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Mid-Level: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + Incentives

Senior Level: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000+/month + Incentives
