Accountant

Job Title: Full-Time Accountant (Retired Professional Preferred)

·         Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

·         Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

·         Location: Noida Sector 62

Job Summary:

 Looking for an experienced retired accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, GST & TDS filings, bank reconciliation, payroll, and financial reporting. Must be able to manage accounts independently and coordinate with CA for compliance and audit work.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle international billing filing, maintain proper documentation, and ensure timely submissions.

·         Ensure timely tax filings, accurate tax computations, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

·         Maintain secure backup of financial data and ensure complete confidentiality of records.

·         Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and other financial summaries.

·         Oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

·         Manage day-to-day accounting operations such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and data entry.

·         Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.

·         Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·         Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory guidelines, and internal company policies.

·         Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, tax workings, and basic return filings.

Requirements:

·         Retired accounting professional with 20-25+ years of relevant experience.

·         Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

·         Proficient in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.

·         High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

·         Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.

·         Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 5 days a week, 11 AM to 5 PM.
