Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic travel packages. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining travel packages, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Promote and sell domestic travel packages (weekend trips, group trips, adventure trips, etc.)
Explain trip itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and policies to customers.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain proper follow-ups with potential customers.
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and trip arrangements.
Maintain customer database and booking records.
Provide post-booking support and resolve customer queries.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of domestic travel destinations.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Knowledge of CRM or basic computer skills.
Qualifications
Graduation in any field (preferred in Travel & Tourism).
1–3 years experience in travel sales or tele sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
