Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Plan and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
● Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property showings.
● Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives and telecallers.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
● Coordinate with marketing and sourcing teams for lead generation and closures.
Requirements:
● Minimum 1–6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
● Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work under target-driven environments.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
