We are looking for Sales & Marketing Executives to manage and convert leads generated through digital advertising platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and providing complete service-related support while assisting with basic digital marketing and backend office work.
Calling and following up on leads generated from ads (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
Handling WhatsApp inquiries and maintaining proper follow-up records
Responding to general customer inquiries regarding company services
Explaining services clearly and assisting prospects through the decision process
Providing post-inquiry and post-sale customer support
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Assisting with content writing, content research, and basic content planning
Supporting digital marketing activities (campaign coordination, reporting support)
Managing backend office work, CRM updates, and data entries
Preparing basic reports related to leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Confident calling and follow-up skills
Customer handling and persuasion abilities
Professional WhatsApp and chat communication
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
Understanding of lead generation through ads
Basic content writing skills (social media, captions, blogs)
Content research and competitor analysis
Familiarity with social media platforms
Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, or Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage records, reports, and backend office tasks
Basic computer proficiency
Organized and detail-oriented
Good follow-up discipline
Ability to multitask
Team player with a positive attitude
