Position Overview:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and presentable individual with strong communication skills and a passion for health and wellness to join us as a Field Sales Executive / Product Promoter.
This is an on-ground sales and promotional role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, educating them about products, and driving brand awareness in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Nuva’s fresh and clean food products directly to customers.
Conduct field sales, door-to-door promotions, or product showcasing in high-footfall areas (e.g. parks/gardens) as per business needs.
Engage potential customers in conversations, explain product benefits, and answer queries.
Create brand awareness in the community through positive and informative interactions.
Share customer feedback with the internal team to improve products or services.
Maintain basic records of leads, feedback, and daily activity.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales, door-to-door sales, or product promotions (Freshers can apply).
Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, or English.
Personality: Presentable, energetic, confident, and customer-friendly.
Communication: Clear and persuasive speaker, able to explain product benefits effectively.
Attitude: Willing to learn, adaptable, and comfortable with outdoor work.
