Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and define customer-specific solutions.

  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  • Prepare solution architectures, RFP responses, and proposals aligned with customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on product features, roadmap, and integrations.

  • Provide technical support during deal cycles, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams post-closure.

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and articulate our solution differentiation.

  • Train and enable channel partners and system integrators on solution positioning and demos.

  • Capture customer and market feedback to influence product evolution.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in access control, IoT, or enterprise software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related).

  • Strong grasp of hardware-software integration and enterprise security workflows.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical stakeholders (IT, facility, security heads) and business decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to craft solutions in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
