We are seeking a proactive and motivated Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting them in person, presenting our services, and closing sales opportunities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Identify and prospect new clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Understand client needs and tailor customized sales proposals to meet their requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in field or outside sales .
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics.
