Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong professional relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand visibility in the assigned territory.---Key Responsibilities:Promote and market the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, and chemists.Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through regular visits and follow-ups.Collect market intelligence data on competitor products, pricing, and customer feedback.Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in the assigned areaMaintain detailed records of daily calls, sales reports.Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients and healthcare providers.Participate in training programs to stay updated on medical knowledge, product information, and sales techniques.---Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field (B.Sc, B.Pharm, or equivalent).Experience: 0–3 years in pharma or medical sales (freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.Good knowledge of the local medical market and healthcare network.Other: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.---Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of sales targets.Number of productive doctor and chemist calls per day.Territory coverage and product availability.Customer relationship quality and retention.---Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary with attractive incentives and performance bonuses.Allowances for travel.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
