Medical Representative

Artsana- Group, Chicco India is hiring for Marketing Executive- Hospital Sales (HQ- Ahmedabad), on V5 GLOBAL payroll.

1.

Sales and Business Development:

o

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the hospital sector, focusing on gynaecology and paediatrics departments.

o

Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including gynaecologists, paediatricians, and hospital procurement teams.

o

Promote and present our baby care products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and differentiators.

2.

Relationship Management:

o

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.

o

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.

3.

Market Analysis:

o

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the hospital sector.

o

Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.

4.

Product Knowledge and Training:

o

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.

o

Organize and conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for hospital staff.

5.

Reporting and Administration:

o

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity updates, sales forecasts, and market insights.

o

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
