Job Title: Accountant – Jewellery Showroom
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: 20k to 25k
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and bank book
Handle jewellery billing, sales & purchase entries
Manage stock accounting and reconcile gold, diamond & silver inventory
Prepare GST returns, invoices, and compliance records
Handle payments, receipts, and vendor/customer ledgers
Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reports
Maintain accuracy in pricing, wastage, and making charges
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Requirements & Skills:
Experience as an Accountant in a jewellery store preferred
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS and taxation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Honest, reliable, and well-organized
