Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team and drive the retail and general

trade sales of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for FMCG sales, excellent communication skills,

and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets and generate orders for in the assigned territory.

• Ensure proper placement and visibility of products at the retail counters.

• Identify and onboard new retail stores to increase market reach.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.

• Execute market promotions, sampling activities, and product awareness campaigns.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily sales and activities.

• Track competitor activity and market trends and share insights with the team.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and timely collections from the trade.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (in food or cereals category).

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Should have a two-wheeler and a valid two-wheeler license

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / digital reporting apps is a plus.
