We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist who will be responsible for acquiring customers, promoting Company’s loan products, and driving business growth through on-ground sales activities. The role involves direct interaction with customers, partners, clinics, institutions, and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory
Promote and sell Company’s financial products including short-term loans, medical loans, education loans, and insurance policy loans
Educate customers about loan features, eligibility, EMI options, and documentation process
Build and maintain strong relationships with salaried professionals, clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, and channel partners
Conduct field visits, lead follow-ups, and close sales targets within defined timelines
Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer documents
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
