Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a CASA Field Sales Officer to join our team Axis Bank. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs.15,500- Rs.28,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go out in the market daily to acquire new customers for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA).

• Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and market presentations to generate leads.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct customer acquisition.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Research the market, identify prospects, and use creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Maintain accurate customer records and share daily/weekly updates with management.

• No office sitting – 100% field work role involving direct market interaction.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
