Visit market and find customers who need small business loans.

Explain loan products to shopkeepers, vendors, small businesses.

Collect KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, photos).

Fill loan application form and submit to office.

Verify customer details by visiting their shop/house.

Help in loan disbursement and explain EMI details.

Remind customers for EMI payment and ensure timely collection
