We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our business presence in the market. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, hitting monthly targets, and building strong relationships with our clients on the ground. Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to perform their best.
Hit Targets: Take full Responsibilities of the sales targets for your assigned area.
Market Visits: Spend 70-80% of your time in the field with your team to understand market trends and close deals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Strategy & Reporting: Plan daily/weekly sales routes and provide regular feedback to the senior management.
Requirements (What we are looking for):
Experience: 3+ years of experience in field sales (1+ year Experience in a leadership role).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and "never-give-up" attitude.
Inspiring Leadership: Ability to lead from the front, mentor junior sales executives, and keep the team's morale high
