Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to manage and expand our distributor and dealer network for our products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships across the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in assigned territories.
· Identify potential partners and onboard new dealers/distributors.
· Drive sales through channel partners and ensure target achievement.
· Conduct regular visits to dealers/distributors to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
· Provide product training and support to channel partners.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service.
· Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
· Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in inverter, battery, or electrical products.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Preferred Skills:
· Experience in managing dealer/distributor networks.
· Knowledge of inverter and battery technologies.
· Fluency in local language(s) and English.
