Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end JioFiber business operations at the unit level.

2. Ensure manpower availability aligns with business scope.

3. Provide on-the-job training and performance coaching to the team.

4. Achieve FTTH sales targets at both the unit/territory and individual levels.

5. Drive sales via traditional trade sales channels and partners.

6. Plan and execute customer acquisition and engagement programs.

7. Obtain building and society permissions within the assigned unit/territory.

8. Maintain target Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) levels.

9. Liaise with local authorities and manage unforeseen situations or escalations effectively.
