Job Title: Sales Head

Location: Sanpada
Experience: 3 to 5 years (EdTech Sales Mandatory)
Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & performance in interview)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete B2C/B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

• Identify and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.

• Develop relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, or individual learners (as per the product model).

• Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management review.

• Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in EdTech sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Experience in handling a sales team or leading a region/zone is preferred.

• Deep understanding of the education market and consumer behavior.

• Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.

• Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
