Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and expand our customer base.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT services, including managed services, and digital transformation services.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Work closely with pre-sales teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.

• Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on performance.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
