We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, and generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Follow up on leads and previous calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with current offers.
Schedule appointments or demonstrations if needed.
High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
