Field Sales Executive

ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd) is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet retail shop owners in your city/area and pitch ShinePoints – Reward Points Software.

Convince shopkeepers to try the 1-month free trial and convert them to paid subscription.

Hire and manage Channel Partners in your area to boost sales.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Report daily progress via mobile; field work only, no daily office attendance.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Freshers are welcome.

Excellent communication skills in regional language + basic English.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Basic computer/mobile skills to register clients and update reports.

Work Mode & Location:

Field-based – work in your city/area, anywhere in India.

Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Salary & Incentives:

12th Pass: ₹25,000/month take-home + incentives

Graduate: ₹31,000/month take-home + incentives

Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment + ₹100/day travel allowance (Avg. earning ₹40,000–₹50,000/month).
