· Visit and manage retail stores, supermarkets, gyms, and potential partner outlets to ensure product placement and visibility.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and buyers.
· Ensure proper display of Ovolite products, standees, and other in-store branding materials.
· Track and ensure regular stock replenishment at each outlet.
· Execute and monitor local promotional activities, sampling, and brand activations.
· Generate daily and weekly sales reports and share field insights with the management team.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
· Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
· Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
· Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
· Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sales will be an added advantage.
