Sales Executive

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused HNI Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, understanding client preferences, and driving high-value sales through personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage HNI & VIP customers with a personalized and relationship-driven approach

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable high-value products

• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Maintain detailed records of customer preferences, purchase history, and follow-ups

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned for HNI category

• Coordinate with store managers and support teams for exclusive customer requirements

• Participate in private viewings, events, and special appointments for HNI customers

• Ensure premium service standards and brand values are consistently delivered
