📝 Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking products.
Visit customers in assigned areas and explain product benefits.
Generate leads through field work, references, and cold visits.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper customer documentation and KYC process.
Coordinate with branch and operations team for account activation.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
👤 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Freshers or candidates with field sales experience preferred.
Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
Must be comfortable with field work and target-based job.
Two-wheeler preferred.
