  • Key Responsibilities

    • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and digital outreach.

    • Acquire customers for salary accounts, loans, insurance, credit products, or other fintech offerings.

    • Conduct meetings with HR / corporate decision-makers for business development.

    • Follow the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → conversion.

    • Maintain relationships with corporate employees and ensure high customer satisfaction.

    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Maintain daily MIS, reports, and CRM updates.

    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

    • Participate in marketing campaigns and on-ground activation activities.
