Astral Technologies is looking for a dynamic and high-performing Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales) to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B or SaaS product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and articulate technology solutions to business stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Conduct detailed market research to identify potential industries, key decision makers, and ideal customer profiles.
Present and demonstrate SaaS products through online demos, presentations, and client meetings.
Understand customer pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions that align with business needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closing deals.
Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems for leads, opportunities, and pipeline tracking.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in a tech/software environment.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand SaaS/product features and translate them into business value.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience selling ERP, CRM, or industry-specific SaaS products (Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, etc.).
Understanding of SaaS sales funnels, subscription-based pricing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing tools, or lead automation platforms.
