Field Executive

Job Title Field Executive Responsibilities 1. Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective clients within an assigned territory.

2. Promote and sell company products or services to achieve sales targets.

3. Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.

4. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads effectively.

5. Collect market feedback and report on competitor activities and market trends.

6. Process orders, manage deliveries, and assist with payment collection where necessary.

7. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

8. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to management.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

10. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using company tools. Requirements 1. Proven experience as a Field Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. 2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. 5. Goal oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. 7. Proficiency in using mobile applications for field reporting and basic office software. 8. Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 3. Prior experience in the relevant industry sector will be considered an advantage.
