We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Center Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations. The role involves ensuring smooth center operations, building strong relationships with members and clients, and creating a positive workspace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking center.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and coworking members.
Welcome visitors, prospective clients, and ensure a positive first impression.
Onboard new members and introduce them to the coworking community.
Track daily visitor traffic and maintain records.
Manage meeting room and conference room bookings.
Handle customer service issues related to clients, vendors, and staff.
Support marketing and networking initiatives to generate new leads.
Assist in leasing office spaces and rent collection.
Plan and organize office events, celebrations, and member meetups.
Maintain attendance records and operational documentation.
Collect feedback from members to improve services.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
Experience in customer relationship management or sales will be preferred.
Good coordination and vendor management skills.
