Job Summary

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Equitas Bank as Business Development Officers. Your primary responsibility will be opening current and savings accounts for customers within a 7-10 km radius of your assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Drive business growth for CASA products.

Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote cross-selling.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:
