Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Executive to handle product sales, client support, and after-sales service. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely service support.

Sales:

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Meet potential clients and explain product features

Prepare and submit quotations to customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Follow up with leads and convert them into orders

Service:

Provide installation and demonstration of products

Handle customer complaints and service requests

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Ensure timely service support to customers

Maintain service records and reports

Customer Relationship:

Build strong relationships with existing customers

Provide excellent after-sales support

Collect feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
