• Handle incoming leads from calls & portals

• Make outbound calls to customers

• Explain project details, pricing & offers

• Understand customer requirements

• Schedule site visits for sales team

• Maintain lead data in Excel/CRM

• Regular follow-up with customers

• Coordinate with sales & marketing team
