We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team ALT MOBILITY. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹40000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and convert new business leads for EV leasing and fleet solutions.
· Conduct client meetings with fleet operators, logistics companies, taxi aggregators, and driver partners.
· Present and pitch Alt Mobility’s offerings (leasing, maintenance, telematics, and asset management).
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisitions and revenue generation.
· Collect and share market insights — competitor pricing, customer pain points, and emerging EV trends.
· Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
· Attend networking events, trade shows, and client site visits to expand business reach.
· Maintain professionalism and represent the company’s brand positively in all interactions
Job Requirements:
· The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass
· 2–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably B2B, fleet sales, or automotive/mobility sector).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Comfortable with frequent travel and client visits.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets..
